Questions people actually ask
What happens if I downgrade while I am over a limit?
Nothing is deleted. If you drop to a plan with fewer seats than you have people, everyone keeps working — you simply cannot add anyone else until you are back under the limit. The billing page names exactly what is over.
What counts as one AI generation?
One caption, one rewrite, or one set of hashtag suggestions. Counted per generation rather than per word, so the number on your plan is a number you can reason about.
Do scheduled posts count against a limit forever?
Only while they are waiting. The limit is on how many posts sit scheduled at once, not how many you schedule over a month — once a post goes out it frees its slot.
What happens if my payment fails?
Nothing, for about two weeks. Your card is retried while everything keeps working, and we tell you so you can update it. Losing access to your scheduled posts over a temporarily declined card would help nobody.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes, and it takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. Your posts, media and history stay where they are — the workspace moves to Free.
Is there a free trial of the paid plans?
There is something better: the free plan does not expire. It has real limits rather than a countdown, so you can decide when you have genuinely outgrown it instead of when a timer runs out.
