Terms of Service

The service

AlphaNovix Social lets you write, schedule, publish and measure social media content across the networks you connect. What the service can do on any given network is limited by what that network’s API allows, and those APIs change without our involvement.

Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account, including what people you invite to your workspace do.
• You must give accurate information and keep it current.
• Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access to your account.

Your content stays yours

You own everything you write and upload. You grant us only the permission we need to run the service — to store your content, process it, and transmit it to the networks you have told us to publish to. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account.

You are responsible for having the right to publish what you publish, and for the content itself. You confirm that it does not infringe anyone’s rights and does not break the rules of the networks you send it to.

Connected accounts

When you connect a social network, you authorise us to act on your behalf on that network within the permissions you granted. You remain bound by that network’s own terms, and you are responsible for keeping your use of it compliant. You can disconnect an account at any time, which immediately revokes our access.

What we can and cannot promise about publishing

This section is more specific than most, because a publishing tool that stays vague about it is avoiding the thing that actually matters.

We will make a genuine attempt to publish every post you schedule, at the time you asked, and we will retry when a failure looks temporary. What we cannot promise is that a social network will accept it. Networks reject content, change their rules, rate-limit accounts, expire tokens and suffer outages, and none of that is within our control.

When a post fails, we record what happened and show you. When we cannot tell whether a post went out — a network timing out after accepting a request is the usual cause — we say so rather than guessing, and we ask you to check before retrying, because a retry in that situation can publish the same post twice.

The service is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

• Publish content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, or infringes someone’s rights.
• Send spam, or operate networks of accounts to manipulate a platform.
• Break the terms or automation rules of any connected network.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, other workspaces, or our infrastructure.
• Resell or white-label the service without a written agreement with us.

We may suspend an account that breaches this section. Where the breach is not serious we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.

Plans, payment and limits

• Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through our payment processor.
• Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that apply where you are.
• Plan limits — connected accounts, scheduled posts, team seats, storage and AI usage — are enforced when you add something new. Downgrading never deletes what you already have; it stops you adding more until you are back within the limit.
• You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and we do not delete your data at that point.
• We do not give refunds for partial periods, except where the law requires it.
• If we change our prices we will give you at least 30 days’ notice before it affects you.

Ending the agreement

You may delete your account at any time — see the deletion page. We may terminate an account that breaches these terms, or with 30 days’ notice for any other reason, and in that case we will refund any period you have paid for but not used.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost business, or the consequences of a post that failed to publish or published later than intended.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you we will email you at least 30 days beforehand. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new version.
